When and where do we meet?

We meet on the third Tuesday in the months March-October 7.00 pm for 7.30pm in the West Chiltington Village Hall, Mill Road, RH20 2PZ (unless otherwise stated).

In February the meeting starts at 2.00pm for 2.30pm and November's meeting is held at 1.30pm for 2.00pm. 

Can I just turn up to a meeting?

Yes, it will be £7.00 per person on the door. 

If there is a workshop we ask that you book your place first, as numbers are limited, by completing the Contact Us form on this website or telephoning one of the committee. There will be an additional charge to the door fee of £7.00 for materials.

Meeting Format

There is an initial social time when you have the opportunity to buy raffle tickets to win one of the lovely arrangements created during the evening. There is a sales table where you can buy some of your flower arranging requirements at competitive prices.

We begin the evening with three arrangements.  Half way through there is a pause for refreshments and then the demonstration continues. This is a relaxing evening and winning some beautiful flowers, in the raffle to take home, is a bonus! 

Annual Subscripton

£45.00 per year payable in October. If you join part way through the year, this is reduced on a sliding scale.
